The public site
A clinic often needs services, practitioners, locations, and a way to ask for an appointment. When that fits five to seven pages, it is a Launch Site: copy, SEO foundations, analytics, and a form. More locations or a booking product changes the scope.
The copy describes what you offer. It does not invent outcomes. If a sentence needs a clinician’s approval, that approval is part of the timeline.
Inquiries and triage
An AI Automation Pilot can sort appointment requests or repeated questions and hand the rest to a person. It is not a diagnostic tool. The scope says what the workflow may say, and what it must refuse.
Patient data stays where you decide. If a message cannot be sent to a third-party model, we need that rule before the pilot starts. The pilot timeline is still 2–4 weeks when the workflow is one path.
Brand and trust
A Brand Sprint gives a clinic a logo, a visual language, guidelines, and a positioning statement. The statement should be something the clinic can say in public without stretching it.
